    Quick and Easy Pico de Gallo for the busy mama thi Quick and Easy Pico de Gallo for the busy mama this summer. 
All you need are tomatoes, sweet peppers, a white onion, bunch of cilantro, deseeded jalapeño, lime juiced to taste and salt.  Chop and mix. Let it marinade an hour before serving. 
All healthy, gluten free and dairy free to keep you and your family full and satisfied for a quick snack. Eat with chips or use in a salad or top your meat with the pico.
