Grocery Staple List
When I make a grocery run, I always buy fresh whole foods, such as fruits, vegetables, meats and grains or potatoes. These foods that are naturally gluten free and dairy free. If organic is available I will grab that as well.

My tip to you is to stay away from processed foods, since they are loaded with so much junk and chemicals. We joke as a family and call them Frankenstein Foods since they were created in a lab.

Here is my List of Staples. Everything I get is gluten and mostly dairy free. The kids still eat dairy, even though I do not.
