Gluten Foods to Avoid
If you are going to eliminate Gluten, start with these. Remember to read all the labels and look for Wheat.

- Wheat items (bread, pasta, grains, cereals, crackers, croutons)
- Soy sauce
- Beer
- Breads
- Sweets – cakes, pies, candies, cookies, some ice cream
- French fries – cross contaminated in the oil
- Gravy
- Hot dogs and processed luncheon meats
- Salad dressings
- Sauces
- Seasoned rice mixes
- Some chips
- Fried foods
- Some soups
